Once the machine got broken and some Cheetos were left without being covered with cheese powder. That day he took some uncovered Cheetos to home. He mixed them with chili powder, salt, butter, cotija, lime juice, and mayonnaise.
He shared his idea with his family and close friends, and they liked the new flavor. They urged him to share his idea of new recipe to company CEO, so he pitched his idea in front of him.
